8, Kroger Boneless, Skinless Tenderloins
1 cup, Kroger Coconut Flakes
2 tbsp, Honey
2 tbsp, Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp, Chili Pepper
1 tbsp, garlic powder
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Make it!
Wash and dry your chicken pieces. coat with honey, add coconut and seasonings!
Bake at 400 for 20 mins!
Each Tender is 3 PP for weight watchers!
